The interaction of these two aspects allows Italian brands of taste such as Perché ci credo or La Marca Preferita to remain highly competitive on the market thanks to diversified products that, while not abandoning classicism, have the courage to experiment with more unusual combinations than those to which our palate is accustomed.
From the experience of the Sicilian master canners was born the luxury line Villa Reale Supreme which offers to lovers of taste refined sauces packaged in glacé glass containers with linear shapes and produced from the most original ingredients of the island. So it becomes possible to taste Villa Reale Supreme with Bottarga and Anchovies of Sciacca or Villa Reale Supreme Sugo with Gambero Rosso di Mazara without forgetting Villa Reale Supreme Sugo with Nocellara del Belice Olives. The flavours of Salento give life to the company’s sauces because I believe in them: no colouring agents, preservatives or additives in the Casareccia Artichoke Sauce or the Casareccia Dried Tomato Sauce and innovative technology in the production of the company’s other sauces such as the Casareccia Ricotta Sauce or the Casareccia Chilli Sauce. The Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro, for its part, has carried out a restyling of an old brand from the early twentieth century, La Marca Preferita, offering consumers the classic canned Tomato Pulp and Tomato Passata in bottles.
The sauces of the Villa Reale Supreme line can be well used not only as a condiment for pasta; in fact, they can also be enjoyed with bruschetta or even sautéed vegetables. Enrico de Lorenzo, the patron sauces of the Salento region, will be present at Expo 2015. Teamwork, on the other hand, that carried out by the members of the Casalasco consortium that brings together more than 300 farmers from the Po Valley and counts on five successful agri-food brands.
